Our Far-Infrared Sauna, Steam and Shower has many benefits to increase your health and well-being. Infrared Saunas, originally most common in Japan, have begun the transition for use in Europe, USA and now Australia. The sauna forgoes steam as a heat transfer medium and instead uses light waves beyond the spectrum of sight to radiate heat directly into the human body. The primary natural source of far infrared radiation is the sun. However, sunlight also contains ultraviolet (UV) light, that can be damaging to the skin. Using a far infrared sauna can also confer some of the benefits of sun exposure without the UV damage that can cause skin to prematurely age. There are many medical benefits attributed to far infrared rays, they reduce stress and fatigue, improve eczema, psoriasis and acne, rejuvinate skin, improve skin tone and elasticity, burn fat and calories just to name a few.

What to expect?

Expect to sweat a lot!

The session consists in 3 steps for a total of 40 minutes
1 – Infrared Sauna 30 minutes
2 – Steam 5 minutes
3 – Shower 5 minutes

Towels are provided.
We recommend you drink water before and after the sauna.
When you are in the sauna, wear as little as possible, you can be naked,  we provide disposable g-strings.
The room is private and fully enclosed.
